Absolutely not! We will enter through a predetermined entry point. We do ask that gates be unlocked and clear of any obstructions prior to our entry. Additionally, we will need access to your trash receptacle. If the gate is locked, we will not be able to enter the property and will attempt to reach you. If we are not able to reach you, you will still be charged for the visit. We will try to revisit the same day if possible.
Yes, we love our furry clients! However, if the dog(s) show signs of aggression, we ask that you keep them inside during your service. If a dog is out and showing signs of aggression or overly excited barking, we will not enter the yard and will contact you to put the dog(s) inside.
Safety is a top priority at Semper Scoop. Our equipment and shoes will be sanitized with kennel-grade disinfectant between each cleaning. A photo of a closed gate will be sent at the completion of your service.
You will receive a text message when a technician is on the way. Another text will be sent after the yard is serviced. You can also view upcoming appointments on the client portal.
Yes! We provide service rain or shine! However, if weather conditions are unsafe (i.e., tornado warnings, thunderstorms, or downpours) or if road conditions are unsafe (flooding, ice, or snow) we will resume service as soon as it’s safe to do so. Clients will be notified of any changes as soon as possible.
Unfortunately no, to keep our business efficient and pricing low, we optimize our route the day before for maximum efficiency.
We offer once-weekly, biweekly (every two weeks), once-monthly cleanups. Pricing varies based on frequency, number of dogs, and acreage for larger properties.
Our services are prepaid, and clients will be charged on the day their yard is serviced. All clients must have a current credit card on file, whether they are signed up for a subscription or a one-time cleaning.
Nope! You can start, pause, or cancel your service anytime. Any changes can be made on the client portal or by calling our office.
Yes! Oftentimes we will run promotions on our social media accounts! We also offer veteran, police, fire, EMS, and shelter dog discounts.
In accordance with Tennessee Waste Management, the pet waste will be double bagged and placed in your trash receptacle.
There are several ways to cancel. Visiting the client portal, emailing, or calling. We do ask for a 30-day notice for administrative purposes.
